Welcome to Cross Church NFW!
EXTENDING OUR REACH SO THEY’LL KNOW THE EXTENT OF HIS LOVE
Thank you for visiting us online. We want you to know that we care about you and your family.
Cross Church began as North Richland Hills Baptist Church in 1956. On Easter Sunday of 2014, we opened the North Fort Worth campus. While we are in two locations, we are one church with the same vision and DNA.
Our church exists to honor Christ and to make Him known to others. We desire to offer a wide variety of ministries that will assist you in your spiritual and personal growth and equip you to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ.
There's something for everyone with our church. When you visit our campus, greeters are at the doors who can help with any immediate needs or questions that you may have. Come by the Ministry Gallery in the atrium or connect with a pastor after a worship service in the Encourager Room.
What about…
MY KIDS?
Children from birth to 5th grade will be taken care of by trained and approved volunteers every Sunday morning. We offer Bible Fellowship Groups tailored to this young age, keeping things fun while still sharing the gospel with these children. Children ages Kindergarten through 3rd grade will participate in Kid Worship where they will learn how to worship in a corporate worship service, sing songs, play games, and learn a biblical lesson each week. Children in 3rd and 5th grade are encouraged to join their parents for worship before their Bible Fellowship Group time.
MY CLOTHES?
At Cross Church, we want you to feel welcome from the moment you set foot in our parking lot. Some of our church members dress in suits and nice dresses every Sunday, and some of our members wear t-shirts and jeans. Dressed up or dressed down, you are welcome to join us for church!
THE MUSIC?
In corporate worship, we use modern music to lead our people into the presence of God. Our songs are current, based on Scripture, exalt Christ, and reveal more about who God is and what He has done. We are always open to hearing what songs you love to worship God with. If you'd like more info or to get involved with our worship, simply contact us below.
THE sermon?
We use relevant sermons to teach our church what the Bible says about God, ourselves, and His will for our lives. During each gathering, you can expect us to study a section of an Old or New Testament book of the Bible that we are studying sequentially. Most Sundays, the Word of God is preached by our Teaching Pastor, Dr. Chris Osborne or our Campus Pastor, Stuart Pendell. We hope that you will join us this week in worshiping God and growing closer to Him.
